Before your lease ends, your ZipZap Subscription Account Manager will get in touch with you regarding your lease renewal options.
At the end of your subscription, you can choose to:
- Extend your current lease if the car is available
- Apply for another subscription with another car
- Schedule a return appointment if you choose to end your lease
You may inform your ZipZap Subscription Account Manager on your preference to apply a new subscription to explore alternative car models/ prices/ duration. He/she will guide you through the product offerings that are available for the next lease period.
