• What is included in the monthly subscription fee?

• How soon can I get my car after signing up?

  Once your contract is signed and the payment is processed, we will arrange the delivery date with you shortly thereafter. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date and ensure a smooth handover process. Do let us know if you need the car urgently and we’ll explore possible options to expedite the process.

• Do you have an option to lease for longer than 1 year? Are 2 or 3-year plans available?

  If you are looking to lease for a period longer than 1 year, please let us know your preference, and we can work something out for you.

• What do I do in case of an accident?

  For accident and breakdown assistance, reach out to our 24/7 accident hotline at 6581 2808

  After ensuring your safety and the safety of your passengers (if any), follow these steps:

  1. Remain calm. If possible, activate the hazard lights and avoid moving the vehicle if possible.
  2. Call the  24/7 accident hotline at 6581 2808
  3. Share the accident details with our Support Team.
  4. Gather details from any third parties involved. These include:
     • Driver’s name
     • Phone number
     • Car plate number
     • Clear accident scene photos
  5. Expect our Support Team to arrive at the accident scene.
  6. Once our team arrives, they will fix an appointment with you to make an accident report. 

  Please bring along the following to make the report:

  1. Your driver's licence
  2. Your NRIC
  3. Photo of the damages from the accident scene

  Please note that a police report must be made (within 24 hours) if the accident involves:

  • Damage to government property
  • A foreign vehicle
  • Pedestrians
  • Cyclists
  • Hit and run
  • Any injuries that require hospitalisation or medical leave of 3 days or more
