After ensuring your safety and the safety of your passengers (if any), follow these steps:
- Remain calm. If possible, activate the hazard lights and avoid moving the vehicle if possible.
- Call the 24/7 accident hotline at 6581 2808
- Share the accident details with our Support Team.
- Gather details from any third parties involved. These include:
- Driver’s name
- Phone number
- Car plate number
- Clear accident scene photos
- Expect our Support Team to arrive at the accident scene.
- Once our team arrives, they will fix an appointment with you to make an accident report.
Please bring along the following to make the report:
- Your driver's licence
- Your NRIC
- Photo of the damages from the accident scene
Please note that a police report must be made (within 24 hours) if the accident involves:
- Damage to government property
- A foreign vehicle
- Pedestrians
- Cyclists
- Hit and run
- Any injuries that require hospitalisation or medical leave of 3 days or more
