Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 8767 8109, and our support team will assist you with arranging a replacement key.
A replacement fee will be charged, depending on the car model. We’ll inform you of the cost before proceeding.
Fuel Card:
If you lose your fuel card, notify us immediately so we can quickly deactivate it to prevent unauthorised use.
We will then arrange for a new fuel card and notify you once your new card is ready for collection or delivery. Do note that a replacement fee may apply.
